Emulsion fluid - 3 liters
Main applications:
- In metalworking (milling, turning, drilling, grinding …)
- the emulsion cools the tool and the workpiece,
- reduces friction and wear,
- extends the service life of the tools,
- improves surface quality.
In grinding of engine valves, seats, and similar parts
- the emulsion serves as a coolant to prevent overheating,
- while also flushing away metal chips.
As corrosion protection
- emulsions often contain additives against rust and bacteria.
